Bal Thackeray’s election campaign ads

Take a look at this silly ad.
Oh ofcourse we know that Bal Thackeray, the leader of the Shiv Sena party which is contesting the looming Mumbai municipal elections has a grudge against the central government in New Delhi. He wants more money from them. He says that Mumbai gives more by way to taxes to the centre so the city should get more in return by way of grants. Maybe he has a point there…but what is his excuse for this absurd advertisment which appeared in today’s newspapers?
